Spinning® was born from a simple idea: to bring the authentic cycling experience to an indoor space. That vision led to a bike designed with the geometry and ergonomics of a road bike, with the necessary adjustability for cyclists of different sizes.
On that foundation, a new way of understanding indoor cycling grew: specific equipment, instructor training, structured programming, and a rider-centered experience. More than thirty years later, Spinning® continues to build upon that original vision.

Fusion Drive®. Perimeter-weighted flywheel, Poly-V belt, and self-tensioning: a smooth, quiet, and virtually maintenance-free ride.
Umbrella design. A frame designed with virtually no flat surfaces reduces areas where sweat can accumulate and facilitates maintenance in demanding studios.
Full adjustability. Multiple adjustment points to find a precise and comfortable position, with vertical and fore-aft regulation across the entire Spinning® range.
Dual-sided pedals. SPD® compatible on one side and designed for athletic shoes on the other: every rider chooses how to ride.
The SPINPower® Studio crank measures power with ±1% accuracy and transmits it wirelessly to a color console, which is self-powered by an integrated generator and is Bluetooth and ANT+ compatible. Training with data keeps the member engaged class after class.
The Spinning® Instructor certification provides instructors with the foundation to lead classes with intention and effectiveness, through online, live, and in-person training, or in virtual sessions with a Master Instructor.
From initial certification to SPINPower®, Rockstar, and continuing education, Spinning® supports instructors throughout their entire teaching career.
